Senior Acoustic Consultant (Environmental / Industrial)

• Senior Acoustic Consultant (Environmental / Industrial Noise)
• Location: remote working considered, but proximity to Hampshire or Cheshire ideally

Our client is a specialist consultancy providing a thorough life cycle service to a range of clients within the building services industry.

Due to having established an outstanding reputation within the industry, based on repeat and referral business, they are looking to expand their work force by appointing a Senior Consultant.

Working with blue chip clients, the role will involve:
• Acoustic design / specification
• Peer review of consultants reports / data input
• Detailed technical report writing
• Mentoring junior members of the team

• Glazing & ventilation design for large residential planning schemes
• Delivery & activity noise impact assessments (supermarkets / large retail complexes / restaurants)

They are keen to hear from consultants with the following experience:
• Ideally 6+ years post-graduate experience (preferably in consultancy)
• Experience of conducting industrial noise surveys in line with BS4142
• A relevant degree and preferably IOA diploma

Experience of working within the following areas would be an advantage, but not essential:
• Refrigeration / Chillers
• Air conditioning
• Industrial fans
• HVAC
