Noise & Vibration Analysts

Our client provides technology, solutions and consultancy services to national Defence departments. They currently have opportunities for Noise & Vibration Analysts.

You will be working on a diverse range of projects and field trials performing a variety of tasks, including vibration monitoring analysis, acoustic prediction, machinery health diagnosis, large-scale instrumentation installation, data acquisition and analysis. The work will be a good mix of field trails on board vessels, and office based analysis and report writing.

Applications are sought from candidates who possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related subject with experience in the field of Acoustics. Experience in using LMS, MATLAB, Python, LabView and Excel is sought.

Candidates wishing to apply must be British Citizens permanently resident in the UK for the last 10 years consecutively, and be able to secure DV security clearance.
